Terms And Conditions

• Shipping times may vary depending on current order schedule. Estimated shipping times shown in Lead Times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If shipping times on an item change we will contact you.
• Standard lead time for an order is 6-8 weeks

Customs/Import Taxes:

• Customs fees and import duty taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local tax laws if you are unsure of the import cost.

Taxes:

• Orders shipping to Pennsylvania will automatically be charged state and local sales tax. 

Returns:

• All items are custom made to order. After 48 hours from order being placed, orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the order has gone through the manufacturing process, the order is not able to be canceled.
• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• No Returns on Opened, Used, Modified, Marked or Installed Products
• Items on sale are not refundable.
• Rushed orders cannot be canceled under any circumstance and are subject to a 35% restocking fee if return is granted under special circumstances. The Expedited/rushed fee is nonrefundable. 
• Shipping charges may not be refunded if shipping labels have been purchased already.

Warranty:

• BSFab offers a 3 year warranty to all BSFab products to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects.

Damaged Items:

•  Products that arrive damaged must be photo documented along with photos of the shipping box to prove damage was caused in the shipping process and not by the customer. 
• If photos of the damaged part and damaged box cannot be provided the damage claim will be rejected. 
• In the case the damage claim is rejected, BSFab LLC will still fix the damaged items at the shipping costs of the customer.

Rush Orders:

• Rushed orders cannot be canceled under any circumstance and are subject to a 35% restocking fee if return is granted under special circumstances. The Expedited/rushed fee is nonrefundable. 
• Lead times on rushed orders are not a guarantee, but an estimation of time to complete the order.

EVO 8/9 Down-pipes:

• All Evo 8/9 Down-pipes are made to end at the back of the oil pan with a slip-fit flex coupler. It is the customers responsibility to have the down-pipe tied into their exhaust on their car. This ensures proper fitment of the down-pipe to other brands exhausts.
